Before subscribing, please review our product features and subscription policies. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this policy. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

Plans and Pricing

For details about our subscription plans and pricing, please visit the Pricing Page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs for an optimal experience.

Annual Subscription (Recommended)

Pay once annually and enjoy up to 45% discount compared to the monthly plan. This ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year.

Monthly Subscription

After the first month, your subscription will automatically renew. If payment fails due to issues on your end (e.g., insufficient funds), your account will revert to the free plan the following month.

3. Plan Upgrade Policies

You can upgrade your plan at any time by logging in and visiting the Pricing page.

4. Cancellation Policies

Monthly and Annual Subscribers: Cancel anytime through the “Subscriptions” menu in your workspace at no extra cost. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan. All saved data will remain intact.

Steps to Cancel:

1 Click your account avatar (bottom-left corner)
2 Go to Billing
3 Select Cancel Subscription

5. Refund Policies

Refunds are only accepted under specific conditions.

Eligibility & Process:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to support at iweaver@iweaver.ai
  • Provide Details: Include account info, order number, purchase date, and reason for the request
  • Submit Within 3 Days: Requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase

Important Notes:

  • Read Terms and Conditions before payment
  • Familiarize yourself with product features to avoid refund needs
  • Refunds may be requested in rare cases, such as:
    • System errors caused by iWeaver
    • Within 24 hours of the first payment (promotional purchases are non-refundable)

Additional Information:

  • “First payment” refers to initial payment only (renewals, upgrades, or repurchases are excluded)
  • No refunds are available within 24 hours after automatic monthly renewal; cancellations are allowed
  • Provide a complete and valid reason via email (iweaver@iweaver.ai)
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for lack of usage or dissatisfaction
  • Promotional prices are non-refundable
