iWeaverをご利用いただきありがとうございます。スムーズなサブスクリプション体験を実現するために、以下の規約をよくお読みください。

1. 宣言

ご登録前に、当社の製品機能とサブスクリプションポリシーをご確認ください。ご登録いただくことで、お客様は本ポリシーのすべての条項をお読みになり、ご理解いただき、完全に同意したものとみなされます。ご質問等ございましたら、いつでもお気軽にお問い合わせください。

2. Related Websites and Subdomains

This Subscription and Refund Policy applies to iWeaver.ai and related iWeaver subdomains that are operated as part of the iWeaver ecosystem, unless a separate subscription or refund policy is provided.

For example, learn.iweaver.ai is an iWeaver learning-focused subdomain. If users subscribe, upgrade, cancel, or request a refund through learn.iweaver.ai, this policy applies unless otherwise stated on that subdomain.

Unless otherwise stated, iWeaver.ai and its related subdomains share the same company entity, subscription policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, and official support email.

3. Subscription Policies

年間サブスクリプション（推奨）

年額でお支払いいただくだけでご利用いただけます 最大45%割引 月額プランと比較して、1年間すべての機能に中断なくアクセスできます。

月額サブスクリプション

最初の1ヶ月を過ぎると、サブスクリプションは 自動更新. If payment fails due to issues on your end, such as insufficient funds, your account will revert to the free plan the following month.

4. Plan Upgrade Policies

ログインして価格設定ページにアクセスすれば、いつでもプランをアップグレードできます。

5. Cancellation Policies

月間および年間購読者: ワークスペースの「サブスクリプション」メニューからいつでも追加料金なしでキャンセルできます。サブスクリプションは請求サイクルの終了まで有効のままで、その後はアカウントが無料プランに戻ります。保存されたデータはすべてそのまま残ります。

キャンセルの手順:

1 Click your account avatar, usually located in the bottom-left corner

2 へ移動 請求する

3 選択 サブスクリプションをキャンセルする

6. Refund Policies

払い戻しは特定の条件下でのみ受け付けられます。

資格とプロセス:

詳細を入力してください: アカウント情報、注文番号、購入日、リクエストの理由を記入してください
3日以内に提出してください: リクエストは 3日間 購入の

重要な注意事項:

お支払い前に利用規約をお読みください
返金を避けるために、製品の機能をよく理解しておきましょう
次のような稀なケースでは払い戻しをリクエストできる場合があります:
- iWeaver によるシステムエラー
- 24時間以内に 最初の支払い, excluding promotional purchases

追加情報：

“First payment” refers to initial payment only. Renewals, upgrades, or repurchases are excluded.
No refunds are available within 24 hours after automatic monthly renewal. Cancellations are allowed.
Provide a complete and valid reason via email at iweaver@iweaver.ai.
払い戻しは 保証されません for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
Promotional prices are non-refundable.
